Job Summary

As a Technical Service Specialist, you will be the backbone support, checking, double checking, and even triple checking if necessary to make sure the paper work of every transaction meets our standards.  You understand the reasoning behind the strict requirements from insurance companies and bureaus, and the importance of comprehensive and complete paperwork.  Your attention to detail will impact every customer and every transaction.  The file is your product, and everyday will give you an opportunity to make sure this product complete and perfect before sending it out.
